What we collect and why
Enquiry and viewing forms: name, email, phone, message and the property you asked about, to answer you and arrange viewings (performance of pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.b GDPR). Property alerts: your search criteria and email, to send matching properties (consent, art. 6.1.a). Sellers and buyers: identity documents, address and source of funds, to prepare contracts and to comply with Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c). Website analytics only with your consent via the cookie banner.
Recipients
Property portals we advertise on, notaries, registries, lawyers and banks involved in a transaction, our software and hosting providers acting as processors within the EU, and public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiries and alerts: until you ask us to stop or after two years without activity. Contract and identity records: ten years as required by anti-money-laundering law, then the civil limitation periods.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to sales@sellingsunset.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Electronic signature
When you sign a document through our signing links we record your name, drawn signature, IP address, device and time to evidence the signature under Regulation (EU) 910/2014.
